ABOUT ME
As a graduate student of physics and philosophy at MIT and later an engineer, I have acquired 25 patents related to digital printing. Being curious about different materials such as paints, gels and other liquid vehicles that allow light to unite with color led me to gain a patent for the process called edge lighting. I still explore the possibilities of art in the realm of light, but am equally as interested in painting now. I am constantly intrigued by the varying expressions of painting and mixed media, and I strive to capture personality through my art. My mother, a retired art teacher and artist, has been an inspiration. She advocates the importance of a line, the power art can have to say something, and the ability to look at the world through a different lens.
